I had water backing up in my house. They came out the same day and after they pumped my septic tank out, they discovered that the pipe that comes out of the house and connects to the tank had settled over the years and was no longer draining into the tank. Because they also install septic systems, they have an excavator that they brought out to dig away from the tank and they fixed the pipe so it’s connected to the tank again. They stayed until the project was finished. I would highly recommend these guys. I had called a couple of other companies before Genesis and because it was an emergency, one of the companies was going to charge over 1000.00 just to pump my tank and I’m not sure they would have been able to help me the way Genesis did. I will definitely hire these guys again if needed and will recommend them to anyone that asks.

Duane and his team showed up at our property the day we called and took the time to calmly and knowledgeably educate us about our problems and propose practical and cost-effective solutions. They were back the next day and performed all of their work efficiently and professionally, again taking the time to answer all of our questions. We also can’t say enough good things about Duane, Steve and the rest of the team at Genesis and highly recommend them.
